How House Part-Exchange Schemes Work

Our chain-repair and part-exchange schemes are quick, easy and hassle-free. Here’s how it works:

  • Fill in our Offer Request form giving us your contact details and the details of the property you want us to make an offer on (please include any links from the property portals if the property is already for sale on the market).
  • We will value the property and send you our offer within 48 hours.
  • If your buyer accepts the offer, we instruct lawyers, complete a RICS survey (if one is needed) and agree a sale date. 
  • On exchange of contracts we can release up to 10% of funds, and can even offer a “license to occupy” for a pre-agreed period so your customer can make sure their new home is ‘move-in’ ready prior to moving in.
