If your buyer is happy with our offer, we will send you an Offer Acceptance Form and we’ll move ahead with setting a date for the exchange. We can also arrange for your buyer to continue living in their current house for up to two weeks after the sale date if necessary. After that, just leave the marketing to us so that your customer is free to focus on moving ahead with your property development project.
