We consider all properties, whatever condition they may be in.

Do You Buy Anywhere in the Country?

We buy property in England and Wales, and we’ll even consider parts of Scotland.

How Much Do You Pay?

We are pleased to offer market-leading rates for part exchange (PX). We typically pay 90-92% of the market value for houses, and that’s more than other companies can afford.

Do I Need to Provide You with a Minimum Number of Properties to Use the Scheme?

We can buy as much or as little as you need and we can do so any time you’d like to use our scheme.

Are There Any Costs for Using Your Scheme?

None at all! We don’t charge any fees for using our service. We earn our income by selling the properties that we have purchased.

Do You Consider Properties of Any Substantial Value?

Typically, we purchase properties up to £600k in value, but we are happy to consider any property.

How Quickly Can You Buy Properties?

We can make an offer within 24 hours of getting a valuation and can complete the sale in a timeframe that suits you and your customer.

Are There Any Restrictions on What You Will Buy?

No, we have no restrictions. We don’t have any part exchange house rules as to what we can or cannot buy.

Can I Use My Company’s Branding on Your Scheme?

Yes! We are happy to white label our scheme and use your branding. Alternatively, you can always choose to use ours.

I’m an Estate Agent. Will You Give Me the Chance to Sell Any Properties That You Buy?

Yes! We will agree to a period of exclusivity that grants you the opportunity to sell the property.

Can My Customer Stay in Their House until Their New Home Is Ready?

We can offer a license to occupy after completion so that the seller can vacate at their leisure. This has to be agreed upon in advance. We believe it’s a good property market strategy for your customer to sell their home at a time that’s convenient for them to move out.

My Customer Has an Unusual/Non-Standard Property to Sell. Will You Consider It?
